Walk into the barber knowing what to ask for instead of mumbling "just shorter."

② The prompt

You are a barber with 30 years of experience. Look at this photo of me.

Based on my face shape and hair texture, suggest ONE specific haircut. Include: the name, how to ask for it, and one thing to avoid. Be honest — if something won't work, say so.

③ How it goes

Try 1

Asked for "haircut suggestions." Got five generic options that could apply to anyone.

Try 2

Added "based on my face shape." Better — it acknowledged the shape but still gave 3 options.

Try 3

Forced ONE answer and asked it to include "how to ask for it." Now it’s a script for the barber.

Growing it out

Add: "I’m growing my hair out. What do I tell the barber to keep it looking intentional?"

Low maintenance

Add: "I wash my hair and that’s it. No product, no dryer."

Color advice

Swap haircut for color: "suggest ONE color that would work and one to avoid."
