mikekrohn.ai is the working site of Mike Krohn, owner of Krohn AI Advisory, Copenhagen. He builds company AI brains: what a company knows, and the agents that run its work from it, left inside the company.

Before AI he coached people for a living, so the habit of sitting with the person who actually has the job comes from the gym floor, not from a framework. He still lifts, at Værkstedet. He would rather be with his family than at a networking event. And he builds things with AI because it is fun, which is where most of the useful ones came from.

The way in is the Operating Sprint: how the brain gets installed for one team, on real work.

The smaller first step is the AI Workflow Assessment: a fixed-price map of where AI reclaims time in one team, before any build.

Alongside this he works freelance as AI Solutions Engineer at Adaptig.

The method comes out of doing the work: a six-month AI implementation study at Utiligize, and a proficiency workshop at Erhvervsakademi København where participants’ own rating of their AI skill went 5.6 → 4.9 → 7.0 as they met the real failure modes.
