How does the refund guarantee work?
If the assessment cannot identify at least five credible reclaimed hours per week in your workflows, the 3,999 DKK fee is refunded. "Credible" is not a matter of opinion: every recommendation carries a conservative estimate that names the current task, how often it happens, what it costs you in time today, the proposed change, a realistic assumption about how much of it gets adopted, and the risk. The guarantee is met only when those estimates add up to at least five hours a week. The decision is made when your brief is finished, before it is sent: below five hours, no brief goes out and the fee comes back, to your original payment method through Stripe within 14 days.
What does it cost, and when do I pay?
The assessment is 3,999 DKK in total, inclusive of any applicable Danish VAT. Nothing is added to that. Sending the form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. The order is: you send the form, Mike confirms, you pay, and then the working session is booked.

Do I need a technical team to act on it?
No. Recommendations use off-the-shelf tools, usually ones you already have, and are written so an owner-led team can act on them.
Is my data safe?
The assessment does not require handing over sensitive data. Where data cannot safely be used with AI tools, the recommendation is an approved redacted or local route, or no AI at all.
What happens after the assessment?
The assessment is complete on its own. If you want help shipping the first workflow, implementation is optional and scoped separately.

That is a promise about the report: five credible hours on paper, or the fee back. It is not a promise that your team instantly works less. That part depends on you using it.
