AI workflow systems for solo operators and small teams
Practical AI workflows that reclaim real working hours.
Start with a focused assessment, then turn the best opportunities into simple automations using the tools you already have.
3,999 DKK. Find at least five credible reclaimed hours per week, or the assessment is refunded.
How the assessment works
One bounded engagement, built to pay for itself: we map where your working hours actually go, then rank where AI genuinely gives them back — using the tools you already have, not a generic tool list.
1. Tell me how you work today
A short intake — about ten minutes — covering the repeated work, tools, handoffs, and reporting loops that fill your week. No preparation beyond that.
2. A 45-minute working session
We walk through the real workflow together, with the person who actually runs it: what repeats, what gets handed off, and what your data allows.
3. A ranked brief and a review call
You receive a practical assessment brief — three to seven ranked recommendations with conservative time-saved estimates, risks, and setup steps — and we agree the first practical step on a review call.
