Terms of service

Version terms-v2 · Last updated 11 September 2026

These terms cover the services sold on mikekrohn.ai: the AI Workflow Assessment, the Operating Sprint, the AI Workflow Session, and any engagement scoped in a written proposal. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who provides the service

These services are provided by Krohn AI Advisory, CVR-nr. 46665074, c/o Mike Krohn, Rialtovej 5, 2300 København S, Denmark. You can reach us at contact@mikekrohn.ai or on +45 31 54 28 95. These terms apply to every purchase made through mikekrohn.ai.

2. The service

The AI Workflow Assessment costs 3,999 DKK and includes:

  1. A 45-minute working session. We walk through the repeated work, tools, handoffs, and data constraints with the person who actually knows the workflow.
  2. A practical assessment brief. Three to seven ranked recommendations, conservative time-saved estimates, risks, setup steps, and a four-day quick-start plan.
  3. A review call. We walk through the recommendations, answer questions, and agree the first practical next step.

The assessment is complete on its own. Implementation help is optional and scoped separately.

The AI Workflow Session costs 1,495 DKK and is a single 45-minute one-to-one call on one task you bring, worked through live in your own tools and accounts. There is no written brief and nothing continues after the call; the call itself is what you are buying. It carries no five-hours guarantee, for the reason given under The guarantee.

An engagement scoped in a written proposal has no published price and is not sold from this website. It begins with an enquiry, an introductory meeting, and a written proposal; nothing is owed until you have approved that proposal, and the proposal states what is included, what is excluded, and what it costs.

3. The Operating Sprint

The Operating Sprint is a fixed-scope engagement for one team and one workflow over 2 weeks, priced at €12,500 excluding VAT, with 50% payable before the sprint starts and the remainder on delivery.

It is sold to businesses, by written agreement after a fit call, not by checkout on this website. What is included and excluded for your team is confirmed in writing before the deposit is paid, and that written scope governs the sprint.

Delivery means five things, handed to the person who owns the workflow: a written map of how the job actually runs; the working-knowledge file (rules, exceptions, tone, who decides); the agent or agents configured inside your own tools and accounts; a way to see what they did and to stop them; and a one-page runbook. The sprint carries no reclaimed-hours guarantee; that promise belongs to one product only, as stated under The guarantee.

If we cannot start or continue the sprint for reasons on our side, the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel before the agreed start date, the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel after the start, you pay for the days worked, capped at the deposit, and nothing further.

Everything built during the sprint inside your tools and accounts is yours: the map, the working-knowledge file, the configured agents, the runbook. The underlying method and templates remain ours, as under What you keep, and what stays ours.

4. What the assessment is — and is not

The assessment identifies opportunity: credible, conservatively estimated hours per week that could be reclaimed with practical, off-the-shelf AI or SaaS tools. Identified opportunity is not a promise of realised savings; results depend on adoption and on how you implement the recommendations.

Recommended tools are third-party products. Their prices, terms, and privacy policies are the vendors’ own; if you adopt a tool, you contract with that vendor directly. We verify each recommendation against the vendor’s current public information at the time of the assessment, but we do not control third-party products and do not warrant them.

5. Ordering and payment

AI Workflow Assessment. The order flow is: intake form, then confirmation, then payment, then booking of the working session. The price is 3,999 DKK in total, inclusive of any applicable Danish VAT.

AI Workflow Session. The order flow is: the short form, then a reply confirming that 45 minutes is enough for what you have asked, then a payment link, then a time agreed with you. The price is 1,495 DKK in total, inclusive of any applicable Danish VAT. Nothing is owed before that confirmation.

An engagement scoped in a written proposal. There is no order flow to publish and no published price: an enquiry, an introductory meeting and a written proposal cost nothing, and the first money owed is against a proposal you have approved. That proposal states the price, how payment is split, and when it falls due.

Payment is made in Danish kroner through Stripe’s hosted checkout. Stripe processes the payment; your card details never reach us. Payment is confirmed by Stripe’s server-side notification to us, not by the redirect your browser follows after checkout. Stripe issues a receipt; an invoice is available on request.

6. The guarantee

The published promise, in full:

If the assessment cannot identify at least five credible reclaimed hours per week in your workflows, the 3,999 DKK fee is refunded.

"Credible" is not a matter of opinion. Each recommendation in your assessment brief carries a conservative time-saved estimate that names the current task, how often it happens, what it costs you in time today, the proposed change, a realistic assumption about adoption, and the risk. The guarantee is met only when those conservative estimates add up to at least five hours per week. If they do not, the full fee is refunded.

We make the guarantee decision when your brief is finished, before it is sent, and record it together with the per-recommendation evidence behind it. If the conservative estimates fall short of five hours a week, we tell you so and do not send a brief that fails its own test; the full fee is refunded. A refund is returned to your original payment method through Stripe within 14 days of that decision.

This guarantee belongs to the AI Workflow Assessment and to nothing else. It measures a business result — hours per week reclaimed from a workflow — and there is no honest version of that for the AI Workflow Session, which is personal work with no such measure, or for a scoped engagement, whose terms are set by its own proposal. Neither carries this guarantee, and neither carries a substitute for it.

7. Our right to decline

After reading your intake, we may decline the engagement before the working session takes place. If we decline, anything you have already paid is refunded in full. This is independent of the five-hours guarantee: it is how we avoid taking money for an assessment we do not believe we can deliver usefully. The same applies to the other two, earlier in each flow: for an AI Workflow Session we say whether 45 minutes is enough before you are asked to pay anything, and for an engagement scoped in a written proposal we may decline to propose. In neither case is anything owed.

8. Buying as a consumer

The AI Workflow Session is sold to private individuals, so if you bought one you are a consumer and this section is the ordinary case rather than an exception. The AI Workflow Assessment is aimed at owner-led businesses and operators, but if you bought it as a private individual rather than for a business, this section applies to you in the same way. Either way you have the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases.

For the AI Workflow Session we do not ask you to give that right up, and there is no box to tick: you keep the full 14 days, whether or not the call has already taken place.

For the assessment, which usually begins well within those 14 days, we may ask for your express consent to start before the withdrawal period ends. If you give it and we complete the assessment, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. If you give it and we have only partly delivered, you pay for the part delivered. You can always simply ask us to wait until the 14 days have passed.

9. If something goes wrong

Tell us first, whichever of the three you bought — an assessment, an AI Workflow Session, or an engagement scoped in a written proposal. Write to contact@mikekrohn.ai and say what happened and what you want done about it. Most things are faster to fix directly than through anyone else. The guarantee above covers the one case it covers — an assessment that does not find the hours — and is not the limit of what we will put right.

If we cannot resolve it between us and you bought as a consumer, you can take the complaint to Center for Klageløsning, part of Nævnenes Hus (naevneneshus.dk). If they cannot mediate a resolution, the case can be passed to Forbrugerklagenævnet. Both apply their own thresholds and fees, which they publish.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is not listed here on purpose: it was shut down on 20 July 2025, and pointing you at a service that no longer exists would waste your time.

10. Scheduling

The assessment’s working session and review call, the AI Workflow Session’s 45-minute call, and the introductory meeting for a scoped engagement are all booked at times agreed with you.

Reschedule freely up to 24 hours before any booked call. If one is missed, we will rebook it once at no cost. A missed call does not forfeit the fee. The same policy applies to all three: a consumer buying a 45-minute session is not given worse terms than a business buyer.

11. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate information in whichever form you filled in — the assessment intake, the AI Workflow Session form, or an enquiry about a scoped engagement.
  • Turn up to the call you booked: the assessment’s working session, your AI Workflow Session, or the introductory meeting. For the assessment, have it attended by the person who actually knows the workflow; for an introductory meeting, bring whoever can decide plus one or two of the people who do the work.
  • Tell us what data, tools, or client information must not go into an AI system, so the recommendations respect your constraints. This matters most on a session, where we are working in your live account rather than reading notes afterwards.

12. Confidentiality

We treat non-public information you share as confidential — in any of the three forms, on any call, and in anything you send around a written proposal — and use it only to deliver what you asked for, as described in the privacy notice. The same obligation applies to you for anything non-public we share with you, a written proposal included. We will consider signing your own confidentiality agreement on request.

13. What you keep, and what stays ours

What you take away is yours to use freely: the assessment brief inside your business, whatever we build or write down together on an AI Workflow Session, and a written proposal we have sent you. The underlying method, question set, and templates remain ours. Anonymised, non-identifiable lessons from any of it may inform our published writing, as described in the privacy notice; we never publish your name or identifiable details without separate written permission.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a paid engagement — an assessment, a session, an Operating Sprint, or work scoped in a proposal — is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. The enquiry, introductory meeting and written proposal that precede a scoped engagement are unpaid, so there is no fee for a cap to attach to; our liability for those stages is whatever the general law allows, and it is stated here rather than left for you to notice. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the performance of third-party tools you choose to adopt. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are settled by the Danish courts.

16. Versions

These terms carry a version (terms-v2) and a date. We record which version was in force when you submitted your intake, and that version governs your purchase.
