Companies · how the brain gets installed
Operating Sprint
€12,500
How the company AI brain gets installed: on your real systems, with the people who own the work, so it runs without Mike afterwards. Two weeks, one team, one workflow.
Krohn AI Advisory · Copenhagen
What your company knows, written down where agents can use it — and the agents that run your work from it. Installed on your real systems, owned by your team, left inside your company when he leaves.
Hands-on. Process before agents. Not slides. Not email-rewrite theatre.

Three beats. Each one ends with something your team can point at.
01
One team, one workflow that eats real hours every week. We sit with the person who has the job — not the org chart — and write down how it actually runs.
02
The knowledge goes where agents can use it. The agents get wired into the tools you already run. Prototype, QA it on real work, fix what breaks, run it again.
03
The people who own the work learn it while it is built. When the engagement ends, the capability stays. That is the point.
The Operating Sprint installs the brain. The assessment is the smaller first step if you want a map before a build.

A fixed-price map before any build: a 45-minute working session and a ranked brief of where AI reclaims time in one team. If it cannot find at least five credible reclaimed hours per week, it is refunded.

Mike Krohn runs Krohn AI Advisory from Copenhagen. One person, no delivery team behind him: the person you talk to is the person who does the work.
He builds AI into how a company actually operates — the knowledge, the agents, and the people who own the job — rather than into a slide deck about it.
Alongside this he works freelance as AI Solutions Engineer at Adaptig.
The method comes out of doing the work: a six-month AI implementation study at Utiligize and a proficiency workshop at Erhvervsakademi København — both written up here in full, sources and all.
No borrowed numbers and no invented logos. These slots fill in as real work ships — and stay empty until it does.
